joining mp4 files but audio out of sync

I recently encode lots of video using Handbrake, tested all the files and audio is in sync, then I use YAMB 2.0 to join these mp4 files that i encoded, all went well but audio is out of sync. I tried Avidemux but the result is the same. any help would be appreciated.

Tried that one also. Audio still out of sync.
