First image link shows nothing.
To answer your question, I'm not really sure of this, but it might be because of the subtitle's format. I don't know if MP4 supports .ass or not. Some say yes, others say no. Don't take too much weight on this though. I am no video expert.
If you're just playing the video in your PC, why not just let it softsubbed? Or if you want to join the sub and the video into one file, you can use MKVToolNix and then mux them to MKV. Hardsubs usually will make you feel regretted someday later.Last edited by GrafZeppelin; 20th Apr 2013 at 19:41.

MP4 content doesn't support SSA subtitle format, only SRT is. Easy way to do this by use MKVToolNix demux your mkv and convert SSA to SRT then mux them back to Mp4 contain.

Well i have translated the current anime to my language and i want to share it to others like horrible subs for example. And i want to hardsub it because if it has softsubs other steal subtitles and they say that the subtitles are theirs.
Like i said i want to hardsub it..and the file subtitle .ass..like the photo displays..
Please no mkv with softsubs. Also i tried megui and it always crashes when i press autoencode after i changed the settings..i am using Win7 64bit.
Handbrake is the best one but it cannot encode well....for example the subtitles in dialogues display well but at intro not.
