  1. Does anyone have a method for ripping movies that have the "Play Theatrical Release" or "Play Directors Cut" options such as Stargate or ID4. When I rip from Smartripper I always get scenes from both versions intermixed. Do I have to set In and Out points manually?? There must be a better way??

  4. Don't know about Stargate, but ID4 was a cinch.

Rip the entire DVD (i.e., all the vobs) with DVD Decryptor. Presumably it should work the same with Smartripper as long as you choose "File Mode".

Load up the relevant IFO file with FlaskMPEG. There'll be two options for the video stream, the shorter normal version and the longer "special" version. Choose the one you want.

Then let Flask do the work.
