I am trying to be able to capture video and or upload it to a storage space on the internet thru a wireless internet card. It will have to be able to upload streaming video from several different cameras at the same time. Will I have to use several wireless internet cards or temp store them on a hard drive and be able to upload them as it is able? This will be cameras that will be in and on my vehicle, in case the car battery is disconnected I will still need to be able to perform these tasks. This is for a very serious (semi-secret at this time) and completely legal project. What would be the best software and equipment for this? If more information is needed please let me know. I am not knowledgable about any of this, so please be kind.

Storm chasers use tech like this.
I've never been interested enough to get specs on gear and workflow.
    Too busy as it is.

Judging by some of the younger folks that do it for hobby, it can't be too hard or costly.
