  1. I am a noob. I used dvdflick to burn a couple .avi files onto a SONY dvd-r 4.7gb. After the 2 hours it took to complete, I tried to watch it on my ps3 and panasonic dvd player. Needless to say, it did not work on either of them. I just want to know how to take the video files I have and burn them onto a dvd that it watchable on a dvd player. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Yeah!!

How dare the OWNER of the site be a wiseguy ?!?!?!

Maybe he was showing you that you should buy it instead of downloading the avi's and having to convert them to dvd format for burning onto dvdr's

Oh by the way, piracy is frowned upon here in the forums and usually gets a warning if not a ban so you are probably kind of lucky, wiseguy

ncastro - do you know what a MEGA Super Moderator is?

You're wanting to take an .avi file - convert it to DVD standard (MPEG2) format - and burn to disc?

I have a feeling this isn't going to be pretty. Shield the children's eyes...
