I use NTL DVD & CD Maker 7 that came installed on my machine and have succesfully recorded and ripped DVDs and CDs with no problem.
A friend transferred a couple of amateur videos from analogue to digital for me, which are stored on my hard disc as avi files, but the DVD Maker can't see them. It asks for _TS files.
So I downloaded a free avi to ts file converter, but the burner still won't see the converted ts files.
Please - what do I do now?

I'm not at all tecnically minded, so your reply, no doubt spot on means absolutely nothing to me. Could you explain in a way that could be understood by a complete idiot?
Thanks -
Convert the AVI to DVD-Video and burn it.
