  1. Hi Guys im not next to my pc at the moment so i can run insurgent, but i have installed CCCP a fair few times and it seems im having problems that ive not encountered before.

Usally when it installs it recognizes that Microsoft DirectX are not installed but this time it didnt! so i ran the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer asit requires it.

The two main problems im having is its not passing DTS/Dolby Digital over optical & the Film is playing at twice the speed! if any one has come across this before id be intrested to know how it was solved also if not i will get a Insurgent log up tonight when im home from work.

    Thanks

    Adam

  3. Thanks Baldrick but that was my first step when i had the problem to reinstall! i thought FFDShow was part of CCCP!

this was how my install went
installed CCCp (No mention of missing Directx Files)
then installed AVISYNTH 2.57 (at install gave warning about it requiring to reconfigured reistry settings)
    then BD-RB v0.37.06 (beta).
i then used CCCP settings program to select (audio same as source)
and ticked 3 boxes on the top right hand side to allow audio over optical
tried to play MKV with MPCHC and film was x2 speed
tried reinstalling CCCP but didnt tick the box at uninstall that cleared settings
so installed latest Directx Web installer and tried reinstalling CCCP
    still the Same problem!

  4. Ok this must be an issue other people are having i have reinstalled again but no change when i play the mkv there is no sound but plays at correct speed as soon as you try to skip a few mins into the film it speeds up!

    Edit SOLVED

    Ok getting some where now,

MPCHC View->Options->Internal Filters, check the following: AAC, AC3, DTS, LPCM, MPEG Audio, Vorbis
MPCHC Play->Filters->AC3 Audio Decoder (can be set up here to what you require)
