Name this movie

The movie I can't seem to remember the name of is something like Creepshow but it's not Creepshow. Old movie from the 70's maybe 80's. It's like Creepshow in the fact it's a bunch of short stories rather then a whole movie. The only short I remember is about a woman who owns a little pygmy doll. The story takes place in an apartment living room near a bathroom. The pygmy comes to life and tries to hunt her down around the room. I remember her hiding in the bathroom. It shoves something under the door and cuts her I believe. She then captures it and tries to drown it in the tub. I think one of the other short has to do with a puppet... I think.

sounds like thats where they got the ideas for those tales from the darkside series.

There was another one just like it that ran in the same hour block on one of my local uhf channels back in the 90's. I can't remember that series name but it was twilightish just on a really really low budget.
