    I am using a mencoder batch script and I want to stop Mencoder from printing anything to the cmd screen. I think that would accelerate the coding time a bit. How can I turn it off? Is there a way?

    [SOLVED] : Ok, I used the option "-quiet" or even better "-really-quiet" and it does the work. Thanks anyway!
