scenechange detection -> export frames

Hi folks

I'd like to parse my video files, detect scenechanges and export (screenshot) the first frame of each new scene (if possible in full size, but thumbnailsize would do in case only a thumbnail maker software would be up to the task).

Can anyone help me?
