Anyone maybe know how to do something like this?

we have blu ray disc example 30GBs

we have own audio to add and also subttiles but after i will add subtitles in mine language identification wont be like this what i want

Example i want to remove subtitles in Chinese and Spanish too replace but after muxing whole structure subtitles still be will identificated as Chinese

i am asking coz i met couple of reautoring mates who are not only editing menu of choosing subtitles and audio OSD menu but they also changing identification of subtitles/audio during play.

i was trying to use Sonic but this tool is hard to intall even and i have some missing some software too so i cancelled that.


for now i know only how to add subtitles without removing menus /extras [ during compression some exstras have missing voice too] and audio but its lil bit crap when u are choosing thai audio and hearing own native language.
