Hi guys,
this is a project I am not working on yet, just beginning to think how to proceed.
Ok, this is the scenario:
I have 1 dvd with 1 audio track (english) and 2 sub tracks.
The audio menu (still menu) is like:
button 1: enables the 1st sub
button 2: enables the 2nd sub
button 3: disables all subs
button 4: returns to main menu
As you can see, since there is only one audio track there are no buttons for language selection.
I want to add a second audio track and I was wondering if it would be possible to add two more buttons so that you can choose between the two audio tracks.
Would it be a complex thing to do?
Any suggestion?

Not any harder than adding more than one button for subs.

Thanks for replying so quickly!
Problem is that I don't want to reauthor the disc so I guess some piece of software like PGCEdit or similar will be involved and I am not very into all that command-editing stuff.
Can you give me some more details, or point me to some guide? -
It is possible to modify an existing still menu, but very hard (read "impossible") to modify an animated menu without re-authoring.
To modify a still menu, you have to save the menu background to a BMP (for example with PgcEdit) and edit the BMP with a good paint program to add the menu button. Use VobBlanker to replace the existing menu background with the new background.
You have also to save the bitmaps of the buttons highlights with DVDSubEdit, edit that images too to add the highlights of the new buttons, and import them back, again with DVDSubEdit. (This part is more difficult, but is not absolutely necessary if you can live with translucent rectangles for the highlights of the new buttons.)
Then, use PgcEdit to define the "hot spot" of the new buttons (the rectangles containing the highlights) and the colours of the highlights.
You will also have to modify the menu and PGC commands to select the right audio track when a new button is clicked. I can help for that part of the procedure, but I can't explain the rest. There are many guides on editing a menu, so try to find a good one that suits your needs, apply it, and post here specific questions if you're stuck. We can't explain everything for every case, so you must learn by yourself.

As said, it's not a project I am going to work on in the near future.
I know the VobBlanker part, if you will help me with PgcEdit (commands, etc...) all I have to learn is the DVDSubEdit stuff.
I know there are guides around but you (almost) never find the one that fits your needs perfectly, there is always something different or unexplained, and if you don't have the knowledge to guess what you have to do...
