Sony DVP-NC665P - Cannot Play DVD's Consecutively Automatically

I recently purchased this second hand mint.

It plays well except I cannot get it to play DVD's consecutively automatically. I have it set to play all discs which does not work for DVD's.

I tried programming the discs but it will acknowledge one, then identify the next with a question mark in the PROGRAM MENU. Someone suggested that I program all chapters and titles which would be labor intensive.

I even called Sony Customer Support and had the call escalated to Level 3 support. The analyst told me that this player is not capable of playing DVD's one after the other automatically because unlike Cd's, DVD's have menus which prevents consecutive operation.

I do not understand the point of calling something a changer. I already have a CD changer but I bought this player to program and play my DVD's one right after the other. I know I can do this manually but I feel this defeats the purpose.

If anyone has this DVD Changer, could someone please tell me how to set it to play DVD's like I want.
