Is there any programs that allow you to create play lists for MKV files like Cellulo allows for AVIs, MPGs, etc?

Sorry I should have been more specific. I want to create play lists for multiple files like VLC but I always have issues with VLC (choppy playback, etc) .. so i was wondering about an alternative. I use Mplayer for OSX when I watch MKV files but unfortunately you have to play each file individually.

MPlayer OSX Extended has a playlist feature, under the [PL] button, Cmd-Shift-P or the Window menu.
