    The version of TMPGEnc I have (12i) only has one 3:2 pulldown and that is in the advanced. There is not one in the video tab.

    23fps is not telecined.

    VHS and TV are telecined. I don't think DVD"s are because they are not formatting them for your screen

    TMPGenc version 12i has the 3:2 pulldown on the video tab. make sure your encoding in mpeg2 and have the framerate set to 23.976 otherwise it wont show up. Or you can just load the ntscfilm template.

    Greg12, some dvds are telecined, most arent.
