  1. After I encod something or multiplex it I get a buffer over/under flow and it sayz that playback may not work!

    How do I correct this?

    Hard to correct, unfortunately, probably impossible if you want to create a standard (S)VCD.
    More details please. VCD / SVCD, encoder, MPEG-1 / MPEG-2, resolution, bitrate, CBR / VBR (min,max), VBVbuffer size, GOP structure, which multiplexer? If you are happy with X(S)VCD, then there might be an easy solution.

    It shouldn't be too hard to tell me your encoder settings.
    If you dont like that try TMPGEnc beta12 > file > MPEG tools > VBV buffer size optimization. Note, the final MPEG will not be (S)VCD compliant.
