I have created a DVD;
I started by converting my avi files to mp2 in Pinnacle Impressions.
Everything looks fine until after it is burned;
when i play it back the video has a weird movement,
it looks like a strobe effect;
IOW: where there is movement, ie, a camera pan, a car moving, etc.
the video strobes , or skips, or "stutters."
Anyone out there know why this is happening?
I have burned DVD's before without this problem;
just now this is happening for the first time.
Yet, I have done nothing different, that I am aware of.
thanks.
