MPCHC plays all DVD upside down

We are using winxp sp3
MPCHC suddenly started playing DVD upside down both commercial and homemade DVD's.
Other DVD players play ok. It's just MPCHC that plays upside down and reversed.
I downloaded a fresh copy of MPCHC, did not help.
Anyone else have this problem?

Check which MPEG 2 decoder is being used. Right click on the picture while playing and hover over Filters. Select the video decoder and see if there are any options to change.
