  1. I want to get a wireless keyboard and mouse set but I want to make sure it is really good, so i'm hoping for lots of replies.

I had a wireless set years ago but it was strange. I had to sit the mouse in a dock to recharge it and it was very temperamental. It used to glitch badly.

I'm looking for a combo that doesn't have a ridiculous charging process.

Are the logitech range any good?

Here is one that I have been looking at:

When it comes to mouse and keyboard, something I use for hours on end, I'm more worried about how it feels than how much it costs. A mushy keyboard will require more pounding by your fingers, and be hell on your hands by end of day. A mouse that won't move right will be hard on the wrist.

If saving money is the primary concern, then buy online.

This is the wireless I'm using: http://www.jascoproducts.com/products/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=1014&idcategory=10
GE brand, not sure what it might be a clone of. Not many places selling it online. Found mine for $20 at Big Lots.
Buying local might be wise on this one. I doubt it's more costly.
Your selection in store is probably just as limited as it is here, too. Not a high-choice item, generally.

We have several Logitech wireless mice and keyboard sets in the family . Some of the mice are rechargable . They have all been completely reliable and trouble free and we like the feel of them. I have tried a couple of other popular brands and been less pleased. I like to be able to move the mouse and keyboard about to suit what I am doing and I will never use wired devices again. The most recently bought mouse is used with a laptop . We use NiMh rechargeable batteries in it but they are recharged externally. A charge lasts about six months. One of the kids has a wired mouse for playing games because he thinks it reacts faster.
