    Yes. Here in southeastern Michigan www.netflix.com will not load.

    It is reported that Netflix on iPhone may be working, but the website is down for PC users.

    I just tried my PC and my iphone (using the netflix app). Neither worked.

    edit.
    While typing this both came back up so I guess it's like jagabo said in that it's intermittent.

    Navigation through the pages of netflix.com is extremely slow for me right now.

    Do a traceroute & see what's happening. Traceroute is one of the most useful net tools you can have.
