I am trying to author a CD Extra disc with a custom jacket image for playback on my Sony DAV-S500 (which supports jacket images and CD Text).
I think I am making the graphic the right size (704 x 576) and I am using Nero 5.5.7.8 to author the disc. But every time, the resulting image is really badly corrupted with missing blocks and nasty colours.
This is even the case if I copy a jacket image straight from an original studio released CD Extra and run it through the Nero authoring process. But if I play the same original studio release directly on the Sony, then it is displayed correctly!
Does anyone know what is going on and a way of getting it to work?
Alternatively, is there another package I can try that will do CD Extra and CD Text, in a DAO (no gaps) mode? (I've not found one)
Thanks in advance for any advice.
