    If I decide to later use higher bitrate audio, I should be able to unmux / mux the current mkv and add the other audio file? I'm still not sure what I want to ultimately go with but I'll think about it less if I don't have to redo the entire mkv (audio and video)

    Use the MKVMergeGui (mmg) to create a new mkv file containing the video track and the substitute audio track.

    Ok thanks guys. Are there any apps that I can use to just work with the audio? The only thing I can think of is letting Ripbot do it's job and then cancel when it gets to the video re encoding
