Problem converting megavideo flv

I downloaded a flv from megavideo and my converters won't convert it. The converter I use most is ffmpegx. The flv looks like is is h.264/aac and I am trying to convert to mp4/psp/ipod, etc. I have come across this before but just gave up trying to convert it. Quicktime pro seems to be converting it but it is taking alooooong time, I think like 23 hours or something for a 50 meg min flv. Most flv's I can convert.....I will post whatever additional info is needed.
