I am trying to install DVD Complete and get the follwoing error message:

This installation package cannot be installed by the
Windows Installer service. You must install a
Windows service pack that contains a newer version
of the Windows Installer service.

I am running win 98 SE and I have ALL the updates applied. Anyone have a solution for this one?
