  1. Hello there.

I have a WMV file with DRM and I can play it in Media Player. But I'd like to convert it to DVD. Does anyone know a good software other than Tunebite? This one didn't work it for me. thanks.

FairPlay4WM sometimes works. Sometimes it doesn't. It depends on a variety of factors. You'll have to search the internet for it. If it works, it removes DRM from files you bought, but you have to have a valid license for the file to have any chance of this working. It basically exploits a hole that existed in the past in how the DRM worked in order to give you a DRM-free copy. That's why you need a valid license first.

There are various streaming media recorders out there. Perhaps someone else has a favorite.

Sometimes if you search peer to peer networks you might be able to find a DRM-free version of your file.

  3. thank you.

I have a valid license and FairPlay didn't worked. Maybe because my OS is Win7 with WMP11... Anyway I was only wanting to convert to DVD so I could watch on my tv....
