I downloaded the Videos here
http://halo.bungie.org/misc/cutscenes/
& I am looking to join each game cut scene as one big file. You know like one big file for Halo 1 etc. But I can not find a good program to do this ? Avidemux has a green screen at the start of each video file & that green screen stays in the output file & it crashes constantly with any MP4 & Quicktime. Boilsoft Video Joiner will not join these due to different bitrates & Quicktime Player with Pro just sucks with its joining because most of the time the videos end up out of order & plain annoying. Is there a program out there where I can add multiple videos in order & just join them & keep their original formats & settings ?

No matter in which format your downloaded video is...
1) Convert all downloaded videos into AVI format using your favorite video converter, and maintain same audio + video specs/bit rate.
2) Open first video (converted AVI) in AVIDemux, and keep appending by rest AVIs in proper sequence.
3) Save As "COPY" ---> final.avi
