Hi guys,
I am converting from .wmv to .flv
If I use the -ss flag to cut off the beginning then the audio is out of sync (I also get the red message: Buffering several frames is not supported...)
I found that if I convert the .wmv to .avi first (using FFMpeg as well) I don't get the audio sync problem when I convert the .avi to .flv
Is there a way I can do it right without the conversion to .avi ? I don't terribly mind the initial conversion so if I have to do it that way maybe I should use some special settings or convert to something other than .avi ?
Thanks.

Converting one highly compressed format to another highly compressed format isn't recommended. Doing it right involves taking a large resolution dv/avi or other lightly compressed format and converting it to flv. For what it's worth, I did have success with SUPER in converting a flv to wmv
