Problem with HDConvertToX

Recently when trying to run this program I get this message.



I have tried installing the mentioned program in the message but the message still pops up. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!

Uninstall haali and delete the folder in programs, sometimes uninstall leaves junk behind. Known issue. It wouldn't hurt to clean the registry with CCleaner as well. Reboot and re-install haali.

Thanks for the reply fritzi93. I tried your advice 3x, but the same problem persists. I also installed that version from the attached link and the same problem.

Anything else that you folks can suggest?

I don't suppose you ever installed a codec pack? In which case there may be a conflicting splitter, and/or a duplicate haali installation. (The above will solve a *corrupt* haali install.) Other than that, I dunno. I use HDConvertToX with no problems.

Someone here will have a solution for you, no doubt.
