How to edit these colors?

Hi my friends.
You know VobSub Configure software that can edit color of SUB/IDX subtitle files color.
There are two red boxes in this picture with number 1 and Number 2.
If custom colors option are checked you can edit the 4 colors in box number two by clicking on them and edit color in color palette.



The major problem is here:
By uncheck the Custom Colors setting (Look at red box number 1), 4 different color appear in red box number 2. How I can edit these colors.



My HD Media Player shows colors of subtitle with color that are shown in disable mode of custom colors. Which software is suitable for editing the colors that appear in uncheck mode of custom colors?
