Hi, I am just messing around with video and uploading it to some of my websites but the player keeps automatically replying it.

How do I fix this or in other terms what code do I need to place on the page? You can see the video at the bottom of the page here: http://sandblasterinfo.com/contact.html

Also, it loads kind of slow so you might have to wait a minute or two for it to load. In regrads to this, how do I make the video load quicker also? i see other sites that have huge videos and they don't take nearly half as long. Is it mainly based on how good the web hosting company is?
