    i used TMPGenc 4.0 Xpress to change the format of a mp4 file into avi file.
    the size of the mp4 file was 700MB and after conversion the size of the avi file is 4GB.
    i want the size of the avi file to be in 700MB range.
    how to do this

    Lower the video bitrate to get smaller file size. And in tmpgenc xpress you should be able to set the file size directly, see for example http://www.dvd-guides.com/content/view/55/59/
