  1. I've been trying to record my video games and my easy-cap isn't doing the trick. I've hears that other people recording video games use the inputs on their camera. But one problem... I have no inputs, as far as I know. Doing some Internet searching, it says it has composite video input, which would be perfect for me. But where is this? How do I get this working? I don't see any inputs around, just outputs. It has an 1/8 av out/headphone jack. (composite). And there is an 1/8 mic input.

Is this possible? I don't want to get a new capture card. This is my last option here. Recording my games has been a nightmar

    Thanks guys

    The Canon site says

    "AV Mini Terminal/Headphone Terminal
    3.5 mm 4 pole mini-jack (video/audio output only)"

Most Digital8/MiniDV/HDV camcorders offer live digital output over IEEE-1394 and can record from standard def IEEE-1394, analog composite and/or analog S-Video inputs.

To my knowledge, there are no consumer AVCHD camcorders that include these features.
