I've bought a Bluray which contains a movie with English audio only. I already have that movie on DVD which also has an additional German audio track. The DVD is PAL @ 25 fps, the BR is 23.976 fps. Well, my plan is to combine the BR audio and video tracks with the German DVD audio track in one mkv file. My Problem: the difference in fps. Is there a way to slow down the AC3 from 25 to 23.976 fps?

TFM Audio Tool will also work. I've done this and chances are the audio will be out of synch.

Let us know if it worked, it's been a long time since I tried Besweet.

If all else fails you could always do it manually in Audacity.
