Hi,
I'm trying to convert a video using DVDFlick. Media stream info:
English, 14.0 Mbps, 768x432 (16:9), at 50.000 fps, AVC (NTSC) (Main@L3.1) (CABAC/2 Ref Frames)
Clips play fast on my computer, using VLC player and Zoom player. When I hit, slow function on VLC player, video plays normal speed. I convert the clips using DVDFlick, they still play fast on my dvd player/tv. Would like to convert to dvd, watch on television. Virtualdub will not open MP4, Sony Vegas slows down clips, but no numerical value, to punch in, such as 50% slown down, etc.....
Is there anyway to slow down, convert videos ?
Thanks
