    I am looking to edit a video in the style of this Underworld music video:

    I really like the effect they use with lots of different still images and video clips changing every second.

    Are there any plugins or techniques that can be used to make something like this?

    I have Premier Pro CS4 and After Effects CS4.

    I know it's something that could be done in premier but I was wondering if there were any pieces of software that were made specifically for something like this.
