I have a DVD that has 3 "titles" on it (I created the DVD by combining 3 movies using DVD Shrink). I want to have it so that everything is contained in one title, so I loaded the DVD in TMPGEnc MPEG Editor and combined the 3 titles, and wrote it out to another DVD. Now the DVD has everything in one title, but TMPGEnc MPEG Editor did a little bit of re-encoding at the combine points, and the video appears pixelated at the combine points. I guess it didn't do a good job of re-encoding. Is there anything else I can use to try to combine the titles without having it do any re-encoding, or at least do a decent job of re-encoding?

There was(or is ) an old ripping program that was very good for doing that. .....dvd2one. Would do it very simply and quick.

I found out why TMPGEnc MPEG Editor didn't do a good job of re-encoding. It's because I had used DVD-Rebuilder on the DVD previously, to shrink it from 10GB down to 8.5GB.

I just tried shrinking the original 10GB DVD down to 8.5GB using DVD Shrink, and then I ran it thru TMPGEnc MPEG Editor, and the re-encoded parts didn't look blocky at all.

I guess the TMPGEnc MPEG Editor's encoder can't really handle the output from DVD-Rebuilder.
