Can't play DVD

I got a DVD coming with the new ghd hair straightener. But it doesn't work! Why? This is the introduction about the ghd hair straightener DVD : - LINK REMOVED - Help me !

Probably a PAL DVD. It should play on your computer, but not so likely on a settop player. I removed the link as it serves no purpose and there is no info about the DVD format, just advertising. The company appears to be in Great Britain and that would make it a PAL format.

As redwudz said, try playing it in your PC. If there are still problems, perhaps a look at the file structure might help.

It's frustrating how some product manufacturers fail to do better customer support for their products. Just last month I received the tutorial for my sphincter bleaching kit in 35mm slides and an audio cassette.
