    Hi group,
    I recently had to replace a DVD/CD writer combo in my computer. I installed the Nero software that accompanied the drive. I'm beginning to think there is a conflict between the programs:
    Windows Media player 11
    Corel Video/Studio Pro X3
    Nero 8 (which seems to want to control EVERYthing LOL)

    Up until now I've had great success filming, editing, uploading videos to my site but now I can't seem to even burn a DVD.

    suggestions?

    get rid of the pos called nero. the only program needed to burn cds and dvds is imgburn and it's free.

    Nero 8 may have compatability issues with Win7 .

    Either way, as aedipuss posted, IMGburn is the favorite burner software around here.
