You know sometimes it gets annoying when you install a program and it wants you to restart after its installed.
Worse yet is when they get pushy and almost force you to reboot.
A lot of times i'll have something processing in the background or I'll be downloading something and don't want to reboot.
Anyone else get annoyed when they aren't told upfront they'll need a reboot after installation?

Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

Not really. I take it as a given I'll probably have to reboot my computer on most installations. Of course, it's a pleasant surprise if I don't have to. I'll finish this post later, as my newest program has just finished installing and now I have to reboo.....
There are no problems - only chances to excel.

Well I do understand I'll probably have to if its a drivers package for hardware. I don't like it when its just for software. I just want to be notified before installing thats all....

A lot of times the reboot is just to run a delete on the installation files. I usually try running the program before I reboot.
