    i would like to know how i would get cyberlink h.264 to use graphics card/hardware acceleration to decode the cyberlink h.264 when using TV Enhance i know it can be done just don't know how

    No it can't be done, i have their app cant recall it's name but it's a bad app as far as deinterlacing is concerned and the codec arcsoft h264 don't work for harware accelaration. You'd be better with Core Avc.
