If i only knew that i will have so much trouble now..

I had lots of MP4 files, compressed with AVC H.264 with 25 FPS rate for video, and AAC for audio.
And i was thinking of making a big movie with Corel VideoStudio Pro X3 by editing all those files and fusing them together.
But Corel VS Pro X3 does not even load MP4 files, it simply crashes..
Therefore i had to convert all of my files from MP4 to AVI in order to work with them in the Corel program...

But now there is another program: Corel does not have H.264 support for AVI. Meaning i can not "SAVE TO AVI" and selecet H.264

Before i go further, is there a program that can "wipe out" H.264 and make it either uncopressed AVI or copressed with XVID?

Yes. Try a ffmpeg frontend like WINFF or Xmedia Recode or avidemux. Convert to xvid or a lossles codec like huffyuv, uncompressed avi.

So far the WINFF does great job. The outputs are really lossless quality. huffyuv was a driver, that i installed in sys32 - but how does that help me?
And ffmpeg - did not understand what's that, but could not care about it, as WINFF did the job.

Thank's for help, i bet you have all the answers straight in your head, don't even need to "google"...
