Hi
I back up my TV series DVD collection with autogk and fairuse wizard for a few years now. I like fairuse wizard a lot b/c it allows me to adjust the resolution of the encoded avi's, but occasionally (about 10% of the time), the result avi's come out with no sound (but the pictures are ok). For those dvd's that come out with no sound, sometimes if I close the program and reopens it (i.e. starting from scratch), it works fine the 2nd try, but sometimes even after the second and third try, the avi still has no sound. I have never had that problem with autogk, but I prefer fairuse b/c it's more flexible.
Does anyone have similar problems and/or know how to get around this problem?
Thanks.
