How can I convert some wmv to mp4?

Well, I need a software which could convert wmv to mp4 and flv to mp4. I just bought a new iPhone and all my videos are wmv or flv from youtube and I want to transfer them on my iPhone, too. I have converted some of them with some online converts but I got pissed off as the quality was awful after I transfered them on iPhone.
I don't mind if it's a free or a paid one, I just need a good one, which doesn't lose in quality and which convert the video with high speed.
Any idea?

You might try Any Video Converter Free Version. I've had good luck using it between formats. The pay version has a few more features.

Also, thank you for your suggestion, I have installed this tool, I had some problems while downloading it, it took ages for me to install it, maybe it's my pc, but after installation my antivirus alerted me that I have a virus and when I started it to scan my pc, it found a trojan in any video convert folder.
Also, tried handbrake converter, I got some videos way too longs and some scenes were repeated.
God, I don't know what's happening with those software, they can't do something which really works??? Have you ever had those kind of problems with your converters or it's just me???

Download Any Video Converter directly from our tools section. If you still get warnings then you have virii elsewhere, or it is a false positive.

You could also try Xmedia Recode and ipodMe.

For youtube videos I use the Mozilla plug in DownloadHelper. It has an automatic convert feature. And for all other forms of videos I use Handbrake and Xvid4PSP.
