is there a way to convert iso to avi

have a divx player and want to create chapters know how to do it with iso trying to save space to get multiple movies on 1 dvd and assume chapters would transfer as well.

If you are saying you have a dvdiso with multiple episode of such as a tv series, try opening the iso using fairusewizard.

looking to turn a iso file into a avi file. I currently have a iso file with chapters that I want to be able to use not just one constant avi file. with chapters it makes it easier when searching for an exact spot.

I believe chapters in a Divx file depends solely on the player. You can add them
to your file but there is no guarantee they will play correctly. The player must say
"DivX blah blah blah Certified" or something along those lines.
