Pioneer EV61DVD Can't Play DVD-9

I have problem with my Pioneer EV61DVD. It can't play or read any kind of DVD-9 anymore but still can play DVD-5 and VCD very well. It will display NO DISC everytimes DVD-9 is inserted. I've tried cleaning the lens with cd cleaner but still can't. Anybody knows what the problem is?

By DVD-9 do you mean burned DL discs, or any commercial pressed dual layer disc as well ?

Commercial pressed dual layer discs. All of them can't play now. Never tried burned dual layer disc on it. It only can play single layer discs now. Burned and commercial pressed single layer discs can play well. I don't know what wrong with it. Maybe it can't read dual layer anymore after I played too many burned single layer disc on it lately but I really don't know. Do you know if this can be repaired? Do I need to replace the lens? Anyway, thanks for your repond.
