Hello
I have a Canopus ADVC 100 and a Canopus ADVC 300 that nearly at the same time stopped to be recognized by my PC(OS Windows XP). I tried with two different PCs but the result was the same: no PC recognized them. I find hard to believe that the two devices stopped to work in the same days.
Any advice would be appreciated
Thank you
Scardi

Thanks for your answer but I already did this and I even tried with other different PCs.

Power surge? Were both units plugged in?

Yes Lordsmurf. The units were plugged in via firewire. I have used them for years and the devices have always worked perfectly. Now suddently they are not recognized in my PC and in any other PCs I tried. It's very strange!
