Problem with installing ffmpegX on MacOSX

Hi, i cannot find anywhere file mpeg2enc.intel, which is required. Can anyone send it to me, or share it? Another problem is that when I try install these 2 files: mencoder and mplayer and there is a field where i have to type the password to my OS. However, I have no password and when im trying to continue with the installation a message pops out that i have to type in the password. Can someone help me?

The installer will use the sudo command in the background, which requires a non-blank password. You may set a user account password in System Preferences > System > Accounts. (This is only needed for installation. Feel free to revert to your old password after a successful installation.)
