    Hello,

    So I purchased the software because my demo results were excellent except for one issue. I uninstalled the demo version and installed 2.5.5030. Now when I preview a dvr-ms or mpg file there is no audio. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    What is the audio type? AC3?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

    Yes. 5.1 AC3

    I think this is only a preview issue. I burned a DVD with the file and it appears the audio is there. I have not watched the whole thing though. I was wondering if it was a preview issue so burned a DVD of the file. I played the first 3-5 minutes of the DVD and the audio was there.

    BTW...I have tested most of the tools out there and this the the best for what I want to do (convert recorded TV from VMC to DVD)! Good job!

    Thanks. I suspect installing AC3Filter will solve this issue.
