    Hello all,

    I was using this recorder without problems until today. I had unhooked everything to reconnect a home theater system. Now, when I go to turn on the recorder, all I get is an error message on the unit - E1.
    I even tried to connect directly to tv (hdmi) -Same problem.

    The unit must be working because it is hooked into the tv antenna and I get reception.

    Any ideas appreciated, since Philips has no idea. Great support!!!

    Figured out the problem. The receiver was on the wrong input-it used to work on HDMI 1, but now it works on "BD".
    Don't know what changed, but it's good now.
