    :( can anyone give some advice as to why I get a (invalid parameter) error msg, when I try to burn a VCD? using the latest version of Nero,
    pioneer dvd 104. I've been reading alot. I'm gettin started doing this.
    I captured a 1 min news segment just as a test with the ATI capt software set to mpeg1
    video - 352 240, ntsc(525)
    1.05 M bit/sec
    audio is 44.1 16 bit stereo

    You only need something a little out for it to complain.

    Video-CD NTSC (MPEG-1 352x240 29.97fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)
